Voices of Kentuckiana

Voices of Kentuckiana, a Louisville-area choir community, partnered with McNary Group to design and facilitate a member retreat centered on the theme “Rest, Repair, Rejoice.” The retreat gave members space to acknowledge what they carry individually, strengthen how they support and communicate with one another, and reconnect to joy as a shared practice within the choir.

McNary Group led planning sessions with the choir’s leadership and then designed and facilitated the full retreat, guiding participants through reflection, poetry, table discussions, and a closing affirmation circle. The structure moved participants from personal reflection to collective care agreements to shared celebration, equipping the choir with practical tools and language for supporting one another going forward.
