McNary Group has provided consultation support to Stamey Street on numerous projects. 

Project 1

McNary Group and Stamey Street co-conducted a compensation study for the Commonwealth Institute (TCI) of Virginia and provided additional technical assistance support.

Project 2

McNary Group offered technical assistance support to Stamey Street by conducting an employee handbook review and providing policy guidance for the Human Resource Team of the National Fund for Workforce Solutions (NFWS). The project resulted in an internal Advancement Policy for employees of NFWS.
