National Center for Families Learning

McNary Group partnered with the National Center for Families Learning to evaluate the KY 60×30 initiative, focused on Family Learning Communities across Kentucky. Our team led planning in collaboration with community partners, conducted a literature review, developed a customized evaluation methodology, and collected data through community meetings, coalition data acquisition, and direct observation.

The first year of work culminated in a summary report with findings and a plan for continued evaluation, with community feedback sessions built in throughout to ensure the methodology remained grounded in participant experience.
