McNary Group designed and facilitated a one-and-a-half-day off-site board retreat for The Morton Center’s 16-member board. Our team led the full planning process – developing objectives, agendas, materials, and slide decks, and facilitated the retreat itself. Following the session, we delivered a summary of notes and recommendations for next steps.
