Louisville Metro Office of Violence Prevention

McNary Group provided data and evaluation services for Louisville Metro’s Juvenile Justice Continuum of Care project, a federally funded initiative focused on positive youth development, prevention, diversion, and treatment services for at-risk and justice-involved youth in Jefferson County. Work included assembling a diverse system-wide stakeholder group, conducting asset and gap analyses, mapping existing services and fiscal resources, evaluating gender-based programming, and completing a pre/post stakeholder collaboration analysis. McNary Group also supported development of a community-based continuum of care and resource/service directory.
