Louisville Girls Leadership engaged McNary Group to support a pivotal moment in the organization’s growth: hiring their first staff member. Our team worked alongside the LGL Board of Directors to develop the policies, procedures, and processes needed to hire, manage, retain, and evaluate staff, while also building capacity across HR, legal, accounting, and supervisory functions.

The engagement was designed as a true partnership, co-creating a roadmap for scaling LGL’s staffing model and serving as an accountability partner throughout implementation.
