McNary Group guided the Kentucky Department for Public Health through a strategic planning process for their Lung Cancer Screening Program. Working with a staff lead and an advisory committee, our team conducted key informant interviews, facilitated a structured series of planning meetings, and provided ongoing coaching to committee members as they developed strategic goals.

The engagement resulted in a multi-year strategic plan designed for public dissemination, grounded in stakeholder input and aligned with the program’s available resources and organizational capacity.
