McNary Group assisted Kentuckiana Works during the roll-out phase and subsequent implementation of a racial equity readiness assessment tool— Ready for Equity in Workforce Development Racial Equity Readiness Assessment Tool from Race Forward. The scope of work included support and coaching for the inevitable tension that change brings to systems and skill building in planning and facilitation. 

The final deliverables consist of an online facilitation toolkit for staff and contractors, as well as templates for meetings and internal communication.
