Indiana Youth Institute

McNary Group served as external evaluator for a four-year advanced evaluation of North Spencer School Corporation’s comprehensive counseling program, conducted through the Indiana Youth Institute. Over the course of the engagement, our team developed data collection tools, conducted staff interviews and student and teacher surveys, analyzed both qualitative and quantitative data, and produced annual evaluation reports with findings and recommendations for continuous improvement.

The final year included a cumulative analysis across all four years, providing a comprehensive picture of program growth and impact over time.
