Humana Foundation

McNary Group partnered with the Humana Foundation to design and facilitate their Senior Council, a strategic body focused on advancing the Foundation’s work. Our team built the Council’s operational structure from the ground up, including establishing the charter, creating meeting templates, and developing agendas and action plans.

Throughout the engagement, McNary Group facilitated quarterly Senior Council meetings and monthly strategy sessions with Humana Foundation leadership, keeping the work moving between meetings through regular correspondence, note documentation, and one-on-one check-ins with Council members.
