Homeless and Housing Coalition of Kentucky

McNary Group conducted a two-year impact evaluation of HHCK’s Homes for All AmeriCorps program, focused on the Central Kentucky site. Using a quasi-experimental delayed treatment design, our team compared outcomes for participants receiving services against those on a waitlist, providing a more rigorous look at program effectiveness.

The evaluation included designing a culturally responsive survey instrument, training AmeriCorps members on data collection, managing and cleaning data, and analyzing results for patterns and outcomes. The final evaluation report was developed to support HHCK’s re-compete application with AmeriCorps and to demonstrate long-term program impact to funders and stakeholders.
