Backside Learning Center

McNary Group provided ongoing HR consulting and organizational development support. Work included a comprehensive review of existing policies and practices, development of new organizational policies and procedures (including board policies, hiring, compensation, DEI and TRC, supervision, safety, and client rights), and creation of a trauma-informed staff handbook. We also provided as-needed HR consultation and training for leadership and staff on topics including conflict management, grievances, chain of command, and supervision.
